Detailed Description

A Splitter enables the user to resize an control.

The Splitter must be placed between two controls. One control must have AL_LEFT, AL_TOP, AL_RIGHT or AL_BOTTOM align. Second control must have AL_CLIENT align. The Splitter control must have align that equals to the align of the first control.
